The exhibitor zone will be live soon. You will receive your login details via email to access the EZone here.
I haven't received my EZone details / I can't access my EZone
Before contacting us:
- Check your spam
- Sometimes, we have different contacts. Please check if no one from your team received an email with your company login details.
If needed, contact our marketing team

I need to order my exhibitor badges
Access your EZone in the section 'Order my badges'
I want to get the badges of my whole team
Each person will receive their badge on the email address used when registering.
If you want to get the badges of the whole team, please go to the exhibitor desk at the show (between 3pm - 7pm on Friday 8th March, or onsite Saturday 9th or Sunday 10th March).
I want to capture leads on my stand
Circdata is our official registration partner. You have two options to capture delegate leads on your stand: using the LiveLeads app on your mobile, or rent a QR code scanner.

I would like to invite clients / a group for free, what can I do?
You can register your guests from your EZone (Marketing assets tab), they will then receive a confirmation email stating that they have been invited on your behalf. You can invite pharmacy staff and other healthcare professionals for free, the number of invitations is not limited.
However, if you wish to invite other types of professionals, please contact our marketing team at m.garrigue@closerstillmedia.com. We will provide you with a personalized promotional code allowing you to invite a limited number of people (non-healthcare professionals) free of charge.
